Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, and selected international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Times

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days

  • Orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day

European Union

  • Standard Delivery: 5-8 business days

  • Express Delivery: 3-5 business days

United States

  • Standard Delivery: 7-12 business days

  • Express Delivery: 5-7 business days

Rest of World

  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 10-15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery method.

UK Orders:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over £50

  • Orders under £50: £4.95 standard delivery

EU Orders:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over £75

  • Orders under £75: from £8.95

US Orders:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over £100

  • Orders under £100: from £12.95

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

EU Customers: As of Brexit, orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to customs charges, import duties, and VAT. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

US & International Customers: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Act of Kindness has no control over these charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Delivery Issues

If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with our courier partners and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any items are damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our Commitment to You

At Act of Kindness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not delighted with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on the following items:

  • Unopened and unused skincare products with intact seals

  • Home goods in original, undamaged packaging

  • Wellness products that are unopened and unused

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare or wellness products

  • Products with broken seals or packaging

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at time of purchase

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Please contact our customer care team within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization

  4. Pack items securely in their original packaging

  5. Ship the return using a tracked service (we recommend keeping proof of postage)

Return Shipping Costs

UK Returns: We offer free returns on all UK orders. A prepaid return label will be provided with your return authorization.

EU, US & International Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, scent, or variant subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. If your preferred item is unavailable, we'll process a full refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) and provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard returns policy applies. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
